i'm still trying to catch up... even game we played... i'm still so far away frm u guys... till i noticed i'm still damn far away frm everyone... didn't notice i've stopped my footsteps for such a long time...

Happy Lunar New Yr Everyone... wanna thank everyone who send their new yr greetings... including my working colleges... u guys rawks...! time flies... it's Monday! time to start work le... haha... i'll be starting work on Tuesday... can't wait... been on holiday for too long... hope u guys enjoy ur new yr holidays too...

Today... is one of our Singapore Zoo's Star Icon... Sumatran Orang Utan "Ah Meng"'s Memorial Ceremony... as most of u heard frm the news... she left us on the 2nd Day of Lunar New Yr @ 1120am... news were spread among colleges to colleges... some cried... some just speechless... the memorial was taken place @ 9am this morning... held @ Garden With A View... i was there to say a last gdbye to "Ah Meng"... and she was slping so peaceful & looks so gentle... though i'm just a new keeper... i've heard lots of stories of this wonderful creature...

Frm Keepers of Children's World.

hey everyone... back to updating again... haha... looks like quite lots of stuff in my section recently nehz... firstly... Monday... One of our female goat whose a dominant female... gave birth to 2 young & healthy babies!!!! Male & Female... haha... the father of the babies even jump out of the exhibit & walk towards the enclosure to see the Mama give birth... and he lay down just outside the enclosure door... then jump back into the exhibit... well... that's something u don't see everyday... hahaha...

As of today... my section head walkie for us to meet him @ the horse carriage starting point... when one of my colleges went over... was told that there's a injured squrriel laying down @ the entrance of the Animal Land... it was brought back to our section... hoping we can help it as much as we can... from morning... we kept observing oftenly & closely... it's breathing... but ain't moving itself... it's very weak... it dun even give a damn if u touch it... just imagine how bad the injury was... till 4pm... one of our colleges wans me to bring it to the Vet Lab... to let the Dr see... if there's anything can be done... Dr says to drop by after work to see the situation of the squrriel... after work we went straight there... Dr says that an X-ray was taken on the animal... found out there's a fracture skull & might have an internal bleeding on the head... suspected that it falls down landing on the head first... she've no choice but to put it down...my colleges & i are quite demoralising... but... that's life... the very least is that we tried out best & gave everything we got to help that lil fella...

hi everyone.... i'm now really struggling to create this post now... just finish my bball training this evening... really very tired... whole body's gonna shut down pretty soon... in my previous post, i wanna show u guys the baby rabbits isn't it? well... i'm gonna do that... plus something else... one of the female goats we had in the Children's World... just gave birth to a baby male & female this afternoon!!! hoepfully they're gonna be fine when i get back to see them tomorrow morning... -.-" well... here are the pics... enjoy...

hmm... One of our Mama Rabbit gave birth!!!! She just gave birth to 4 babes... 2 males & 2 females... now she gave to 3 a few days ago!!! oh My GoDz...!!! no place to put them when they grow older lehz... jialat la... haiz... come to think of that... our mama rabbit really gd @ producing lehz... hahaha... think she expert liao la... hahaha...! will update u guys regarding the newly born babies... will take some pics if possible... Gd NiteZ!!!

hi everyone, Happy Belated New Yr... hahaha! Sorry everyone, just tired from work & training.... and once i reach home, slack online & freaking lazy to update my blog. i'll sometimes rather update my friendster instead! hahaha.... =p.

wad about u guys? Any Goals u hoping to acheive in the Yr'08? Me? just pray all the animals in the Zoo will be as healthy as ever. haha... Children's World is under a major upgrade, costing ard $8.8 million lehz... up till now... the new horse stables are finally finish... feels so gd...! can't wait for it to get the rest of Children's World to finish! haha... but i still gonna miss the old place though.

Chinese New Yr coming lo... hahaha... any of u guys having a gathering? let me know? i'll be on Annual Leave from 7th to 10th then start work on Monday... gonna miss the animals so much while i'm on leave... =(
